PS Education makes pre-opening visit to National ICT Integration & Innovation Centre

On 28 March 2011, Prof James Legilisho Ole Kiyiapi, Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Education, made a site visit to the National ICT Integration and Innovation Centre at the Kenya Science Campus along Ngong Road.
This National ICT Integration and Innovation Centre, which is nearing completion, will be a centre of excellence and a hub of capacity development for effective use of ICT (Information Communication Technology) in the education sector. Through the Centre’s work, pedagogic-didactic aspects of ICT integration will be demonstrated and tested before use by teachers, students, education managers and others. The Centre will provide advice and support to schools and education officers.
