Multi-year programme

The new programme for Kenya contributes to the Kenya Education Sector Support Programme (KESSP 2005-2010). KESSP joins ministries, donors, NGOs and other partners for improved quality of education in Kenya. The multi-year programme of VVOB in Kenya (2008-2013) has two sub-programmes:

• Healthy Learning (focus on the link between the quality of learning and the health status of children in primary schools)
• ICT Integration in Education

KMTC Skillslab project

VVOB was also active (till 2010) in the medical sector in Kenya through the KMTC Skillslab project.

SchoolLinks programme

VVOB Kenya participates in the SchoolLinks programme, which links schools of Kenya (among other countries) with schools in Flanders (a region in Belgium).
