Training No. 2 for Thai Nguyen and Quang Nam provinces (3 days)
Objectives:
• Introduce and discuss on the topic of change management;
• Apply knowlege and skills of change mangement in managing the transition from ECE to primary;
• Make plan for multiplication trainings in provinces.
Participants:
• 2 focal point persons from each DOET;
• District core group members (ECE and primary levels);
• 1 representative from kindergarten & 1 representative from primary school from each district which has communes selected to participate in the Program.
