English Description

Real-world application is the act of putting something to a special use or purpose in the physical reality of everyday life which everyone experiences; the use in the practical world versus that in the academic world. A person with experience applying things in "real life" or "the real world" has experience of application beyond book learning.
For example, primary students are assigned to go to the supermarket with a certain given amount of money to buy a set of things to practice mathematic knowledge they have learnt (with assigments/tasks/guidance given by the teachers).
