With the start of the final year of our current multi-year programme 2014-2016, funded by the Belgian federal government, we plan an external evaluation of our programmes in the South. To this extent, we have launched a call that can be consulted through the e-Notification portal of the federal government (publication number: 2015-535710).
The assignment is divided into three lots, one lot per education subsector in which we operate: early education, primary education, and technical and vocational education. Each lot includes three country programmes. The deadline for submission of proposals is scheduled on Friday, February 12th, 2016 (12h, noon, Belgian time). The evaluation is foreseen to start in March with a desk study, followed by field visits (July, August and September) and submission of the final report before the end of 2016.
