PSO, a Dutch network on capacity strengthening, will cease to exist by the end of 2012. All their main publication are now available on the website of Partos. VVOB has cooperated and/or participated in the creation of several of these publications.
you can find the list at https://www.partos.nl/category/themas/capaciteitsontwikkeling. Although the website is in Dutch, most of the PSO resources are in English. They are listed in a chronological order, so on the first page you will find documents from 2010. At the bottom you will find a link to move to the next page of the overview (five pages in total).
