On September 15th and 16th 2011, the second ‘International Education and Innovation Conference’ was held in Quito, Ecuador. The Ministry of Education organised this conference in cooperation with VVOB and UNESCO. During this event the ‘National strategy for developing and strengthening innovative educational experiences’ was introduced.
