The Evidence and Implementation Summit (EIS) is a biennial conference showcasing the latest advances in evidence synthesis and translation, evaluation and implementation science. Initially established in 2012 as the Biennial Australian Implementation Conference, the summit has grown to become a leading global event in the evidence and implementation sector, with worldwide appeal.
VVOB will present the paper: Assessing the impact of blended teacher professional development on teacher knowledge, attitudes and practice towards learning through play for mathematics at Foundation Phase in South Africa: A Case Study of VVOB’s BLEND project.
The Blend ON! guide is an open-access resource on how to blend in-person & remote learning for professional development of educators – developed through a co-creation process with Aga Khan Foundation, BRAC IED, Plan International, Pratham, Right to Play, STiR Education, and VSO. Our recommendations come from the professional learning communities within VVOB’s BLEND project, a project supported by The LEGO Foundation, which focused on strengthening blended learning approaches with teachers and school leaders in Vietnam and South Africa.
